David Lyon kicked out

It looks like the celebration in APC has been cut short by the supreme Court.

Just 45 minutes ago, the state of bayelsa was hit by the news of the nullification of the APC governor elect David Lyon.

David Lyon was set to be sworn in as the new governor of Bayelsa state but it seems it won't be happening again.

The supreme Court has officially nullified him as the governor elect and has ordered INEC to declare Douye Diri as the new governor elect of the state ..

This comes barely 24 hours to the handing over process.
