'Stranger things 4': Hopper is back (video)

Fans are going crazy after the new teaser for stranger things 4 and it's all for the right reasons .

In season 3 of stranger things ,it looked like police chief Hopper died while trying to save Eleven and stop the Russians from getting to the "upside down" .

But in newly released teaser , Hopper was seen in what looks to be a Russian training base , working at getting a railway track fixed .
